Exercise with a friend

A couple of great reasons to train with a friend are

It’s more fun exercising with a friend …. you can have a catch up and a laugh while getting your sweat on.

It can help hold you accountable …. on those days you may be less motivated your friend is there to help you commit and or help motivate/challenge you to push for more.

Can be Safer … its always great to have a spotter on hand when trying a new weight or pushing for that next pb.
