It’s more fun exercising with a friend …. you can have a catch up and a laugh while getting your sweat on.

It can help hold you accountable …. on those days you may be less motivated your friend is there to help you commit and or help motivate/challenge you to push for more.

Can be Safer … its always great to have a spotter on hand when trying a new weight or pushing for that next pb.

We have had a slight change to our staffed hours at the gym.

However Don’t panic ….. the this doesn’t affect the access with your members door fobs yay.

Below is the gym hours and staffed hours, we can’t wait to see you in here on your next workout session

Open Hours

Monday to Friday. 5:30am – 11:00pm

Saturday. 6:00am – 11:00pm

Sunday. 9:00am – 11:00pm

Staffed Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30am – 11:00am and 4:00pm – 6:30pm

Tuesday, Friday 5:30am – 11:00am

Saturday 6:00am – 11:00am
